SPOTLIGHT: LOST ARK X THE WITCHER

A beautiful island's festivities are already interrupted by a mysterious vortex. Uncovering the mysteries will bring encounters with iconic characters from The Witcher, an all-new peninsula, and new event quests! As you assist Geralt, Ciri, Dandelion, Yennefer, and Triss by way of a series of stories and daily quests, various Witcher-themed merchandise is available as rewards. Quest rewards include Witcher Potions, 2 Jukebox songs, a new Card Set featuring 5 Witcher Characters, a Stronghold structure, Emoticons & Selfie Stickers, and a Title! The Lost Ark x The Witcher collaboration and event will start with this update and run until February 22. New character customization scars can even be available.

Unlock the all-new event island by addressing the Guild Investigator in leading cities. Participating in the event requires completion with the [Set Sail!] Main Story Quest, which unlocks the capability to sail around Arkesia. With Main Quests & Daily Quests completed, players will use the Ocean Liner for quick trips to White Wolf Haven Island.

GUILD SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS

Added a gold deposit system for guild members to deposit Gold with their guild. Deposits (how much Gold minus fees) will be deposited on the guild and will likely be recorded in guild history. Players receive weekly contributions based on the amount deposited. A maximum weekly contribution often resets after weekly distribution, plus the 3-day hold/trade restriction system for Gold is applied.

Added 3 new guild research options. Research effects are simply just applied to players inside the guild. They will not be used if a player leaves the guild.

The monsters inside the Slime Island siege have already been changed to 'Lucky': A - C Slime Captains, Slime Gatekeeper, Slime Queen, and Split Slime Queen. Adjusted monster combat balance to fit the monster type.

PvP rank points may be earned by completing the competitive quest at Slime Island. Winning grants 800 points, and losing licenses 350 points.

Once the completed line on the Naruni Island Siege continues to be crossed, players can't get into the lane throughout the race.

Update challenge requirements for PvP Island Siege:

A guild still can't issue challenges to a PvP Siege base if a guild member is a mercenary.

If a guild member is a mercenary, it can appear around the list when a job is issued.

A mercenary restriction message was added for the PvP Siege base challenge requirement.

Working being a mercenary won't restrict issuing challenges to PvE Siege bases.

Mercenary system UI/UX improved.

If a guild didn't issue a challenge to your PvP base, anyone mercenary UI would be displayed.

The UI for hiring mercenaries will only be displayed after a guild has issued a challenge to your PvP base.

The Mercenary hire/request period will need ten minutes before the start.

Mercenary Rating is automatically set for the average of characters within a Roster. A player with no mercenary ratings will likely be charged as a novice.

Item Level Limit Function added for hiring mercenaries. Only mercenaries who fulfill the level requirement can put in.

PVP ISLAND SIEGE RANKING REWARDS MINIMUM REQUIREMENT CHANGE

The minimum desire for PvP Island Siege ranking rewards may be changed to 1000 points (was 1400 points)

Take another team's treasure chest to rework into a Tooki.

Golden Wave Island (Rank B / PvP base)

Transform into a loot hunter and earn points by killing monsters or opponents.

Use the loot hunter's basic attack to kill monsters and opponents.

Only opponents can take damage from mines and detection grenades.

The combat in Golden Wave Island Siege is going to be adjusted accordingly.

QUEST/UNA'S TASKS SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS

If a primary/world quest directs them to your specific layer in a multi-layered map, the quest symbol is displayed on World Map, Minimap, and Overlay Minimap.

It's now simpler to check quests other Roster characters have active within the Quest Journal.

Improved the clarity of messaging when abandoning quests inside the confirmation pop-up.

Viewing Daily/Weekly quests in Una's Tasks UI can apply the past filter used.

Added a new achievement to Una's Tasks reputation in Punika. Earn maximum 'White Sunlight, Blue Waves, Pink Breeze' reputation to create the achievement of 'Take Me Anywhere, Wind And White Sail.' Players who have already finished this reputation will immediately fully grasp this achievement if they log in.

When doing the Daily Una's Task 'The Story Flowing within the Luganic River' in Candaria Territory in South Vern, the merchant NPC will appear within a different location every day instead of every 6 hours.
