Former NFL wide receiver Josh Tony Oliva Jersey Bellamy is facingfraud and conspiracy charges after allegedlyobtaining a bogusCOVID-19 relief loan as part of a scheme that tried to obtain $24 million from the federal government.Prosecutors in South Florida that Bellamy, a St. Petersburg resident,and 10 other people conspired to file dozens of false claims under thePayroll Protection Program (PPP), with the group obtaining at least $17.4 million.
