I promise you that intro isn't just a game of Diablo IV Gold Mad Libs gone wrong. Yesterday, with the launch of the new Barbie trailer and increasingly frequent social media teasers for the release of Diablo 4, people started to notice that there were a lot of women's feet on the ol' timeline. Well, more properly, a lot of dolls' and ancient demon queens' feet.

Nobody should've expected to see a toe-to-toe encounter between Barbie and Lilith, but trailers for both Barbie and Diablo prominently feature barefoot close-ups introducing the two characters. One of the people to take notice of this was a World of Warcraft developer whose tweet on the subject quickly went viral. The official Diablo account noted that "Lilith's influence is felt," which I can only assume means that the Daughter of Hatred has pleasantly soft feet.

Diablo 4 preload details are finally live, revealing the last bits of info you'll need to know ahead of the game's launch in June.

You will be able to preload Diablo 4 starting at 4pm PDT / 7pm EDT on May 30, or 12am BST on May 31. On PlayStation or Xbox consoles, you'll just need to search for the game on the store and hit 'download' when the time comes. On PC, you'll need to head to the Diablo 4 section of the Battle.net client, pick Diablo 4 under the 'Game Version' dropdown, and hit install.

Blizzard's announcement has one final step for players on each of the three platforms. PC players will have to "prepare to become the wanderer Sanctuary needs," Xbox players should "prepare to slay Lilith’s Legions," and PlayStation fans should "prepare to save Sanctuary’s citizens from unspeakable darkness." You're probably safe to do all three regardless of what platform you're on, though.

Another Diablo 4 hotfix is upon us. Diablo 4 hotfix 8 - still attached to its lengthy patch 1.0.2 - rolled out early this morning, and has a distinct focus on buy Diablo IV Boosting some of the game's trickier encounters.
